Over 90% of our products can be delivered within a few working days from our central warehouse or ex works. The estimated delivery time mentioned in our order confirmation or on our homepage is a non-binding guideline.
Compliance with our obligation to deliver presupposes the timely and proper fulfillment of the obligations of the customer. (eg in advance)
We deliver a large number of products disassembled for freight and packaging reasons, but always packed ready for assembly.
Delivered by a forwarding franko curbside, weekdays between 08:00 and 16:00 clock.
Packaging costs are included - packaging must be disposed of by the customer.
For delivery addresses that are not in Germany, shipping costs can not be calculated automatically, the amount of which depends on order volume, wight, distance and country of destination; Orders outside the EEA can not be processed through the shop. Please contact us in writing in case of further information.
Please check the goods immediately upon receipt for transport damage. Please note that according to the insurance conditions, an obvious transport damage must be reported to the carrier immediately upon acceptance of the goods and must be confirmed by him in writing. If the goods were damaged during transport, this must be reported to our customer service in writing as soon as possible, but no later than 2 working days after receipt of the goods.
Hidden transport damage must be reported within 3 working days from receipt of the goods.
In addition to this message we need a photo of the damage and possibly the damaged packaging. We will arrange a free re-delivery or discount on shipping damage to ensure that you, the valued customer, receive a flawless product.
In order to be able to assert the claim to the transport company properly, we ask you to keep all packing materials, pallets and address labels (of the damaged goods) and photos of the damaged goods and objects, and to send them to us if necessary.
